SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS and UPS. Most shipments are shipped within two days. You will be sent a tracking number for your order as soon as your order has been processed. Shipping on all orders is $9.95. For orders over $99 your order will ship FREE.
Return & Exchange Policy
While we do our best to provide you with "The Best Tools for the Job!" we understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you have a problem with any CM Tools branded products we will gladly make it right. You'll need to contact us for an RMA number and instructions. In the case of a defective product you may need to send the product back for exchange. If you would just like to return it, you'll need to pay to send it back and there will be a 10% restocking fee if it's in it's original packaging.
For items damaged during shipping, you'll need to contact us right away and keep the shipping box. We will start a claim with the carrier and you may need to deliver the damaged shipping box to the carrier for inspection. Once the claim has been settled we will replace the damaged product.
